Question 1

How much does a golf simulator rental cost per hour in Texas?

Accepted Answer

Golf simulator rental price per hour in Texas ranges from $195 to $240 depending on package and add-ons, with most bookings running a two- to four-hour block. Corporate and wedding packages carry a slightly higher rate for extended staffing and branded scoring options.

Question 2

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We book mobile golf simulator rentals throughout Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin, along with surrounding suburbs within about a 45-minute drive of each metro. Enter your ZIP code at checkout to confirm delivery availability.

Question 3

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

Weekend dates during peak season (October through May) typically book out three to four weeks in advance, especially for Dallas corporate events and Houston team building bookings. Weekday and off-season slots can often be confirmed within a week.

Question 4

Can the simulator be set up outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our outdoor golf simulator rental in Texas includes a canopy-covered, wind-rated enclosure suitable for backyards, driveways, and patios. We check the forecast the morning of every outdoor event and will suggest a covered alternative if conditions require it.

Question 5

What power and space do you need?

Accepted Answer

Most setups need roughly 20 feet by 15 feet of level space with 10 feet of overhead clearance, plus a standard 110V outlet within 100 feet. If power access is limited, we can add a generator to your booking.

Question 6

Do you offer golf simulator rentals for corporate events?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our golf simulator corporate event rental package for Texas includes on-site staffing, tournament bracket setup, and an optional company logo loaded onto the scoring screen, sized for groups from six to sixty employees or clients.

Question 7

Is it beginner-friendly for a birthday party?

Accepted Answer

Completely. Our mobile golf simulator birthday party rentals in Dallas run game modes like closest-to-the-pin and target smash that don't require any real golf swing to be fun, alongside full course play for guests who do golf.

Question 8

What's included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Every package includes delivery, full setup and teardown, an on-site attendant for the duration of your booking, and access to our full course and mini-game library. Bar cart service, lounge furniture, and a photo backdrop are available as add-ons.

Question 9

Do you require a deposit to book?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a deposit is required to hold your date, processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event before setup begins.

Question 10

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Bookings can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Full cancellation policy details, including deposit terms, are outlined at checkout before you confirm your date.
