We monitor weather forecasts the morning of every outdoor event and will reach out proactively if conditions look like they could affect the experience. If needed, we’ll help you identify a covered alternative so the event goes ahead without a hitch.

Most setups require approximately 20 feet long by 15 feet wide with at least 10 feet of overhead clearance and a standard 110V outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. If your venue or backyard doesn’t have accessible power, we offer a generator add-on that handles the entire rig without any extra effort on your end. When you book, we’ll confirm your space details ahead of time so there are no surprises on event day.

Bookings can be rescheduled at no charge with at least seven days notice, subject to availability on your new date. If you need to cancel, the full cancellation policy including deposit terms is outlined clearly at checkout before you confirm your booking — no surprises after the fact. For last-minute changes within seven days of your event, we handle requests on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to find a solution that works for both sides.
