No — the package rates on this page are the same across all three metros. The only variable is travel time to venues outside our standard service radius, which we’ll flag before you book, not after.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits hold your date and are credited toward your final balance. If you need to cancel outright rather than reschedule, refer to the cancellation terms shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
What if my event runs longer than I booked?
Let your on-site attendant know before your booked window ends — if the schedule allows, we can extend on the spot at the standard extra-hour add-on rate. It’s not guaranteed if we have another booking right after yours, so it’s safer to book slightly longer up front if you’re unsure.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or multi-day bookings?
Multi-day and repeat corporate bookings are handled with a custom rate — contact us directly with your dates and we’ll quote it in writing before you commit to anything.
