Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our mobile golf simulator rentals, setup requirements, booking policies, and service areas across Texas.

How much does a golf simulator rental cost per hour in Texas?

Golf simulator rental rates in Texas run from $195 to $240 per hour depending on your package and any add-ons. Most bookings run between two and four hours. Corporate and wedding packages carry a slightly higher rate to cover extended staffing and branded scoring options.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Arlington, Irving, Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, The Colony, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Southlake, Keller, Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Rockwall, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Cedar Hill, DeSoto, and Duncanville.

How far in advance should I book?

For the best rate, we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. Weekend dates during peak season — October through May — fill up quickly, especially for corporate events in the DFW Metropolitan Area, so early booking guarantees both your date and our standard pricing. Bookings made less than 7 days before your event are subject to a short-notice fee due to accelerated scheduling and preparation on our end. If you have a last-minute event coming up, reach out directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can the simulator be set up outdoors?

Yes. Every outdoor booking includes a canopy-covered, wind-rated enclosure that sets up on grass, concrete, driveways, and patios across Texas. No garage or covered venue required. We monitor weather forecasts the morning of every outdoor event and will reach out proactively if conditions look like they could affect the experience. If needed, we’ll help you identify a covered alternative so the event goes ahead without a hitch.

What power and space do you need?

Most setups require approximately 20 feet long by 15 feet wide with at least 10 feet of overhead clearance and a standard 110V outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. If your venue or backyard doesn’t have accessible power, we offer a generator add-on that handles the entire rig without any extra effort on your end. When you book, we’ll confirm your space details ahead of time so there are no surprises on event day.

Do you offer golf simulator rentals for corporate events?

Yes — our corporate package is specifically built for Texas offices, client entertainment days, holiday parties, and team building events. Every corporate booking includes on-site staffing, full tournament bracket setup, and the option to load your company logo onto the scoring screen at no extra charge. We size our setup for groups of six to sixty and can coordinate arrival, setup, and teardown around your event schedule so your team doesn’t have to manage a thing.

Is it beginner-friendly for a birthday party?

Completely. Our simulator runs game modes like closest-to-the-pin, long drive challenge, and target smash that are genuinely fun for guests who have never picked up a club. The on-site attendant coaches nervous first swings, keeps the energy up, and adjusts the difficulty so no one feels left out. For guests who do golf, full course play on 80-plus courses keeps things competitive. It works equally well for a group of teenagers, a 50th birthday crowd, or a mix of both.

What’s included in the price?

Every package includes delivery to your location, full setup and teardown handled entirely by our crew, an on-site attendant for the duration of your booking, and access to our complete course and mini-game library. You don’t touch a cable, a screen, or a settings menu from start to finish. Optional add-ons available at booking include bar cart service, lounge furniture, and a photo backdrop — all bundled into a single confirmed price before your deposit is processed.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes — a 50% deposit is required to secure your date and is processed through our secure, encrypted checkout. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event before our crew begins setup. Deposits are collected on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you have a specific weekend in mind — particularly during peak season from October through May — we recommend booking as soon as your date is confirmed.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Bookings can be rescheduled at no charge with at least seven days notice, subject to availability on your new date. If you need to cancel, the full cancellation policy including deposit terms is outlined clearly at checkout before you confirm your booking — no surprises after the fact. For last-minute changes within seven days of your event, we handle requests on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to find a solution that works for both sides.
